Two Materials, Two Kinds of Care
The leather band and the metal hardware age differently, so they need different attention. Keep the leather away from prolonged water, direct heat, and harsh soap — a quick wipe with a dry cloth after heavy wear is usually enough, and it will darken slightly over months, which most wearers prefer. The engraved plate or clasp, being plated 316L stainless steel, holds its color best when it comes off before swimming or showering, same as the rest of our metal pieces. Treated this way, the leather breaks in while the engraving stays legible for years.
What to Engrave on the Plate
A rectangular plate or a rounded clasp gives enough room for a short phrase, initials, coordinates, or a date — anything longer tends to crowd on the narrow surface. Coordinates and dates read cleanest in a plain block font; a single word or name can carry a script font without losing legibility. The live engraving preview shows your exact text on the actual plate shape before you order, so you can judge spacing before committing to a font.
Fit and What's Included
Leather bands typically adjust with a snap closure or a buckle across a small range of sizes, so measure the wrist loosely with a soft tape and check that measurement against the range listed on the product page rather than relying on a standard size alone. Each bracelet is crafted in 2-5 days and delivered 5-10 days after, arrives in our signature gift box with complimentary wrapping, ships free worldwide, and includes 60-day returns if the fit or engraving needs a second look.
