60-day returns
You can return or exchange any piece within 60 days of delivery, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging. That includes engraved and personalized pieces — we would rather you love what you open than keep something that is not right.
Personalized pieces & our guarantee
Every engraving is also covered by our craftsmanship guarantee: if there is a defect or an error on our part, we will repair or remake the piece free of charge, whatever the date.
How to start a return
Email us at support@faruzo.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
