Our current turnaround time is about 2 – 4 business days upon ordering. Every item we make is custom made from the heart and well worth the wait.
Expedited shipping upgrades do not change production time they only speed up the shipping process.
Tracking numbers for our international shipments only show where they are in the USA.
Once the package is shipped overseas the tracking number is not updated until delivery. This means that the tracking will show your package being “frozen” at a major US port until it’s next update stating that it has been delivered.
This doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, rather it’s moving overseas and not updating the US system until delivery.
All orders are shipped and insured. You will receive an email from us once your package has shipped with a tracking number and a link to track directly.
In case you didn’t get an confirmation email please check spam / junk / promotion folder. You can also search for our email address [email protected] and hopefully it will show up in the results.
In case you find it there please mark our email as ‘Not Spam’ in your email service.
If your order delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your package, we recommend that you try the following (it’s proven helpful to other customers in the past):
- Check your shipping details on the Order Confirmation and make sure they’re correct.
- Ask other members of your household if they have accepted the package, as this is a common occurrence.
- Check (if applicable) with your doorman, by your garage, or perhaps a side door. Orders are sometimes left there by the postal service.
- Ask your local post office if they can provide any further information on the whereabouts of your package and be sure to have your tracking number with you on hand.

Exchange & Return
Our team works hard to ensure that you have your jewelry out in a timely fashion so we start the creation process immediately after placing the order.
If you need to cancel the transaction, feel free to contact us within 24 hours upon purchasing. Please note that you couldn’t cancel or change your purchase once we ship out your order.
If you have any issues with your order, make sure to contact us as soon as possible by sending us an e-mail to [email protected] so that we can move swiftly to correct the problem.
If a resolution is not achieved, a full refund will be given back.
If you did not order the correct size or your jewelry doesn’t fit, we do offer a resizing or adjustment service, an additional fee might be applied.
New, unworn items can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. please contact out Customer Care Representatives and we will guide you on how to return it.
Yes! To get an exact design send us an email requesting your name in a desired font and the FARUZO graphic designers will gladly create a design for you if available.
All of the metals and coating we use are corrosion & tarnish resistant, meaning your piece’s polished color won’t fade or tarnished!
We of course take full responsibility for the product quality. and make sure to send you a brand new piece of jewelry if something like that will happen
