How the estimate is built

Two steps stack on top of each other: crafting and shipping. Because every FARUZO piece is made to order — cut, set or hand-engraved once your order comes in — crafting takes 2–5 business days before anything ships. From there, standard shipping is 5–10 business days (free worldwide) and express is 2–4 business days. This tool adds those windows in business days, the same way our own team quotes them. How long does FARUZO take to make my order?

Every piece is made to order, not pulled off a shelf — crafting takes 2–5 business days before it ships. Personalized and engraved pieces are cut, set or engraved by hand once your order comes in, which is what that window covers.

How long does shipping take after that?

Standard shipping is 5–10 business days and is free worldwide on every order. Express is 2–4 business days. Both start counting once the piece leaves our workshop, after the crafting time above.

Does this calculator count weekends?

Yes — every estimate here is in business days (Monday to Friday), which is also how our crafting and shipping windows are quoted. It does not adjust for major holidays, which can add a day or two to either step, so treat the result as a safe estimate rather than a guarantee.

I need it for a specific date, like a birthday or the holidays — what should I do?

Use the "I need it by a date" tab above: enter the date and it works backward through worst-case crafting and shipping time to give you the last safe day to order. If that date has already passed, choose Express shipping, or order today and expect a tighter window — see full details on our shipping information page.

What if my order does not arrive by the date I needed?

Every FARUZO order — including personalized and engraved pieces — is covered by a 60-day return policy and our craftsmanship guarantee. If a delivery date matters, ordering with a few extra days of buffer (especially around the holidays, when carriers slow down) is the safest approach.
