This is a friendship keychain set for a whole friend group at once, not just a pair — anywhere from 2 to 6 people, each carrying their own piece of the same design. It works for a going-away gift before someone moves, a graduation set for a tight-knit friend group, a bridesmaid or roommate gift, or just a way to make a long friendship visible on your keys every day.
The mechanic is a single heart pendant cut into interlocking puzzle pieces, one piece per friend, each engraved with a different name. Every piece is finished as its own keychain with its own keyring, so everyone clips their piece onto their own keys or bag — but set the pieces side by side and they lock back into one complete heart, the way our own product photo shows it, with five friends' names across five separate keychains. It's a best-friend keychain that only looks whole when the whole group is together.
Each keychain is 316L stainless steel with a silver-tone plated finish. Steel is the reason this holds up as a daily-carry piece riding around in a bag or pocket with actual keys: it is nickel-safe, it does not tarnish or discolor the way plated brass does, and it takes a clean, legible engraving that will not wear off from the ordinary scuffing a keychain gets.
