The necklace that I received from Faruzo was very nice and well made. I ordered it late November with a delivery date between 12/1 and 12/14. It didn’t arrive until 12/23, and after several emails back and forth with Faruzo attempting to determine where the order was. I’ll admit that Amazon has spoiled us with their logistics and communications on their orders. The quality of the Faruzo order was seriously diminished by the very late delivery (I needed it before Christmas, of course) and that is why I can’t provide a rating greater than 3. The necklace itself is a 5. Double the delivery time indicated if you want to do business with Caruso.
